Operational

Notice

The federal government shutdown has no impact on DHHS operations at this point. The Department is monitoring this situation closely, communicating with federal partners, and will provide updates to the public when necessary.

Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs are federally mandated, and funding will continue.

DHHS will provide information as soon as possible to residents if there are changes to any benefits, however, that is unlikely.
